C 151494/KSBR with the Regional Court in Brno, processes personal data provided by the Buyer for the purpose of performing and additionally confirming the Terms and Conditions, for the purpose of processing the electronic order, carrying out delivery, settling payments, and necessary communication between the contracting parties for the period required under special legal regulations.
Basic provisions
1. The controller of personal data under Section 5(o) of Act No. 18/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended (hereinafter the "Act") is:

Personal data means any information identifying a natural or legal person.
Sources of processed personal data
The Controller processes personal data that the buyer provided with their consent and that the Controller obtained on the basis of performing the Purchase Agreement and processing the electronic order in the online store www.jbacrylics.cz
The Controller processes only the buyer's identification and contact details necessary for performing the Purchase Agreement;
The Controller processes personal data for the purpose of delivery, settling payments, and necessary communication between the contracting parties for the period required under special legal regulations. Personal data will not be published and will not be transferred to other countries.
Purpose of processing personal data
The Controller processes the buyer's personal data for the following reasons:
For the purpose of registration on the website www.jbacrylics.cz under Section 13(1)(a) of Act No. 18/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data;
For the purpose of handling the buyer's electronic order (name, address, e-mail, telephone number);
For the purpose of fulfilling the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the buyer and the Controller;
Providing personal data is a necessary requirement for performing the purchase agreement. Without providing personal data, the agreement cannot be concluded.
Personal data retention period
The Controller retains personal data for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the buyer and the Controller, and for a period of 3 years from the termination of the contractual relationship;
After the personal data retention period has elapsed, the Controller is obliged to delete the data.
Recipients and processors of personal data
The third parties that receive the buyer's personal data are the Controller's subcontractors. The services of these subcontractors are unconditionally related to the successful performance of the purchase agreement and the electronic order between the Controller and the buyer.
The Controller's subcontractors are:
Shoptet, a.s. (e-shop system);
Česká pošta, s.p. (delivery service);
Zásilkovna s.r.o.
PPL
Google Analytics (website analytics);
Buyer's rights
Under the conditions set out in the Act, the buyer has the right to:
Access their personal data;
Correction of personal data;
Deletion of personal data;
Object to the processing;
Data portability;
Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data in writing or electronically at the e-mail address: jbacrylics@seznam.cz
File a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if they believe that their right to the protection of personal data has been violated.
Security of personal data
The Controller declares that it has adopted all appropriate technical and organizational measures necessary to secure the buyer's personal data;
The Controller has adopted technical measures to secure personal data storage, in particular password-protected computer access, the use of antivirus software, and regular computer maintenance.
Final provisions
By sending an electronic order on the website www.jbacrylics.cz, the buyer confirms that they have been informed of the personal data protection terms and that they accept them in full;
The buyer agrees to these rules by checking the box in the order;
The Controller is entitled to change these Rules at any time. It is obliged to publish the new version of the Rules on its website.
These Rules take effect on 20 July 2026
